Kreuser and his insurer, Sentry Insurance (collectively, ""Kreuser"") appeal from the non-final circuit court order denying their motion for summary judgment.1 Kreuser argues that the court erred in concluding that Wis. Stat. § 125.035(2) (1997-98),2 which he characterizes as ""Wisconsin's Liquor Liability Immunity Statute,"" did not immunize him from liability for his alleged conduct in failing to drive another adult home after stating that he would do so.
